Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jl9999 ("jl9999," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the jl9999 online gaming platform available at jl9999.co and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and application programming interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on jl9999, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

jl9999 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or on-platform notification where practicable.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to open and use a jl9999 Account, you must at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person (corporate entities may not hold Player accounts);
• Be legally resident in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order or a PAGCOR-issued prohibition from gaming activities;
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of jl9999 or any affiliated game provider, unless expressly authorised in writing by jl9999 management;
• Not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access constitutes a breach of local law.

jl9999 is directed exclusively at the Philippine market and is not intended for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines where online gaming is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

To access the real-money features of the jl9999 Platform, you must complete account registration. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and a functioning email address.

One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to maintain a single jl9999 Account. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jl9999 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal of Player Funds, jl9999 will require the Player to complete KYC verification. This involves submitting a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, or PhilHealth ID) sufficient to confirm identity and age. jl9999 may request additional documents at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by jl9999 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

jl9999 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects that the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 have not been met, or where required to do so by applicable law or PAGCOR directive.

Deposits

Player Funds may be deposited into your jl9999 Wallet via the payment channels made available on the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, USDT, and Coins.ph. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. jl9999 does not accept third-party deposits.

Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless the Player selects a cryptocurrency option, in which case applicable conversion rates apply. jl9999 does not guarantee any specific conversion rate and is not liable for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment methods verified in the Player's name and only after successful completion of KYC. jl9999 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment channel, transaction volume, and any outstanding verification requirements.

jl9999 reserves the right to delay, refuse, or withhold a withdrawal where: (a) the Player has not completed KYC; (b) jl9999 has a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms; (c) a technical error has affected the transaction; or (d) required to do so by law or PAGCOR directive.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to any applicable wagering requirements disclosed at the time the bonus is awarded. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

jl9999 may from time to time offer promotions, bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other incentives to registered Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between the terms of a specific promotion and these Terms, the promotional terms shall prevail in respect of the subject matter of that promotion.

• Bonuses are awarded at jl9999's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice;
• Wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds conditions apply to most bonuses and are disclosed at the point of offer;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional terms — is a material breach of these Terms;
• jl9999 reserves the right to void any winnings derived from abuse of a promotional offer and to suspend or close the associated Account;
• Bonuses may be restricted to Players who have not previously claimed the same offer.

All games offered on the jl9999 Platform use certified random number generation software or genuine physical dealing by professional live dealers. Game rules, paytables, and return-to-player percentages are disclosed within each game. It is your responsibility to review and understand the rules of each game before placing a wager.

Once a bet has been placed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified. jl9999 is not liable for bets placed in error by the Player. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed at each table and game screen.

In the event of a disconnection during a live game or active slot spin, jl9999's game servers record the state of the round at the point of disconnection. The round will be resolved according to the game server's recorded outcome. jl9999 is not liable for losses arising from network interruptions on the Player's end.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl9999 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering as a minor or providing false age or identity information;
• Opening multiple Accounts or using another person's Account;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human Players;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jl9999 staff or other Players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Platform's source code or proprietary systems;
• Circumventing any geographic restriction, age gate, or account limitation imposed by jl9999;
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after funds have been used for wagering.

jl9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice where jl9999 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct;
• jl9999 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or PAGCOR directive;
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions;
• The Account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon Account closure, jl9999 will return any remaining verified Player Funds (i.e., real-money deposits less any applicable deductions for bonus abuse or fraud) to the Player via the last verified payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

A Player may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting jl9999 customer support. Voluntary closure does not relieve the Player of any outstanding obligations owed to jl9999.

jl9999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Players. The Platform provides a range of self-help tools accessible from your Account settings, including:

• Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your Wallet;
• Loss limits — Cap the total amount you can lose within a specified period;
• Session time reminders — Receive notifications when your gaming session reaches a user-defined duration;
• Cooling-off periods — Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days;
• Self-exclusion — Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period requested.

jl9999 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where it identifies patterns of play that indicate problem gambling behaviour, in accordance with its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming standards.

All content on the jl9999 Platform — including but not limited to the jl9999 brand name, logo, trademarks, game artwork, software, text, graphics, audiovisual materials, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of jl9999 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, redistribute, transmit, modify, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of jl9999.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by Players regarding the Platform may be used by jl9999 without obligation or compensation to the submitting Player.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl9999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Player Funds held in the Player's Wallet at the time the cause of action arose.

jl9999 shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, anticipated savings, data, or goodwill;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to secure their Account credentials;
• Losses arising from connection failures, latency, or network interruptions on the Player's end;
• Actions taken by jl9999 in good faith pursuant to these Terms or in compliance with PAGCOR directives or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jl9999's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the first instance, jl9999 encourages Players to resolve any disputes by contacting customer support at [email protected]. jl9999 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 15 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process, the parties agree to submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and further agree that PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms apply where the dispute relates to a gaming transaction on the Platform.

jl9999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where jl9999 considers an amendment to be material — including any change that affects Player rights, deposit or withdrawal conditions, or eligibility requirements — jl9999 will provide advance notice to registered Players via email or on-platform notification where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 9.
